About me

I am a biologist and nutritionist with a lifelong passion for sports and a background as a former basketball player. Since January 2025, I have been practicing as a professional nutritionist. I am currently in the final year of my Master’s program in Nutrition and Human Dietetics at the University of Milan, which I will complete in June 2025. At the same time, I am also attending a specialized course in Sports Nutrition and Supplementation, which I will finish in June 2025 as well.

In 2024, I completed my Master’s degree with an experimental thesis conducted in collaboration with a professional A2 league basketball team. The project focused on analyzing the relationship between players’ nutritional assessments and their sports performance. During the same year, I also earned my Level 1 ISAK certification at Viola Park in Florence, Italy.

I am passionate about combining science and sport to optimize athletic performance through personalized nutrition strategies. I am eager to gain international experience by working with high-level sports teams and collaborating with other professionals to support athletes in reaching their full potential.

    Sports nutrition intern

    During my final year of university, I completed an internship in sports nutrition with a professional Italian basketball team in the A2 league. As part of my thesis project, I conducted a nutritional assessment of the players and analyzed its relationship with their performance. This experience allowed me to apply academic knowledge in a real-world sports setting and deepen my understanding of how nutrition impacts athletic performance.
