Strength and Conditioning Coach (Youth Academy)

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Youth Development Center of Union Berlin, I am responsible for designing and implementing training programs that focus on improving the physical performance of young athletes. My work involves developing tailored strength, speed, agility, and endurance routines to enhance the overall athletic development of players. Additionally, I monitor progress through regular assessments and adapt the training to meet the individual needs of each athlete. Collaboration with coaches, medical staff, and other performance specialists is essential to ensure the holistic development and injury prevention of the players. My goal is to support the next generation of talent in reaching their full potential, both physically and mentally.

I have had the opportunity to work individually with young players at the Bundesstützpunkt in Hannover as a strength and conditioning coach. During this time, I focused on developing their physical fitness and athletic skills to help them reach their full potential on the court. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to their growth as athletes in a high-performance environment.
