Company Description

UFIT Kingston High Performance Centre is a dynamic fitness facility located in west end Kingston.  Mother-son duo, Sara & Josh Maveety founded UFIT in 2015 and in 2021, brought on family friend Jules Fournier as a business partner.  Josh is the Head Strength Coach/Trainer, Sara is the Operations Manager and Jules is the ‘girl behind the scenes’. In the past 7 years, UFIT has gone through 4 expansions and 2 renovations.  Presently, the gym is 6000 square feet and has an Authorized Lululemon Retail Boutique.
