Resurgent Sports Rehab partners with sports facilities, teams, leagues, and individuals to provide immediate care to athletes. We exist to provide accessible, pro-caliber care to athletes of all levels. We are a growing company and quickly rising to become the community’s go-to sports rehab team. Our model promotes and enables the start of rehab within 2 weeks of injury which ultimately streamlines the traditional health care model which yields accelerated results and return to activity.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about pushing our mission, advocating for our industry, educating the community, and supporting our company culture. SCS, OCS, or ATC certifications are a plus.

BENEFITS:

· 2-4 weeks training upon hire including acute care decision making, strategic evaluation, run analysis, return to sport testing, team injury screens, and baseball rehab.· Bonus pay program· Optional extra Saturday hours @ $90/client· Medical Insurance Coverage· Short term disability· Aflac Supplemental insurance plans- vision, dental, accidental, and more· Time off: 6 Holidays/ year, Starting at 21 days off· 401K· Unlimited continuing education with approval· Tuition assistance for SCS certification· Ongoing Mentorship & Training· 1:1 hour appt with clients, no assistances or aides

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
