Special attention must be given to developing individual and team goals in off-season, during season, post-season and pre-season.
  • Student-athletes must be carefully monitored during workouts for signs of dehydration, excessive fatigue and overstepping proven physical, mental and emotional limitations of the student-athlete.
  • Collaborate with sport coaches, athletic trainers, sports medicine staff, nutrition personnel, and sport science professionals to ensure an integrated, athlete-centered performance model.
  • Must establish and maintain working relationships with all sport staff and support staff within the Athletic Department. Also must maintain and cultivate good working relationships with nutritional supplement vendors.
