About me
My name is Alexzandra Austin. I am usually described as a positive and adaptable Exercise Science professional. In August 2025, I fell in love with Strength and Conditioning/ Sports Performance – a field that helps people of all ages (young athletes, older adults, and special populations) improve their biomechanical skills.
I’ve spent the past two years as a Strength and Conditioning coach/ Performance Coach and volunteer, as well as a personal trainer. Throughout those years, I’ve learned to adapt, program, organize, and create an environment that people of differing backgrounds can all come to enjoy. As I am currently working in Admissions, I’ve expanded on my communication skills and planning aswell.
My aim in Health and Fitness is to continue physical development and build good character along the way by expanding my knowledge and being true to myself.
