About The Role

 

Reports to: Head of Women’s Operations & Head of Methodology

Hours: 37.5 hours for a full-time applicant, or 15 hours per week for a part-time applicant.

Key objectives of the role

  • To compete for promotion into the Women’s National League Southern Premier Division
  • To lead an elite coaching programme for the Women’s First Team, encompassing innovative coaching and games programmes
  • To prepare and deliver technical and tactical sessions which reflect the Club’s game model and associated positional profiles
  • To work collaboratively with the First Team Assistant Coaches to devise individual learning plans for players and share updates regarding progress
  • Foster a team culture that represents team and club identity

What will you be doing?

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching and management of the Women’s First Team at the football club

About The Candidate

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum B-Licence
  • Emergency First Aid in Football
  • Safeguarding Children certification
  • Experience coaching in senior women’s football
  • Strong knowledge of the women’s football pyramid

  • Pro or A-Licence
