Internship Overview

On our paid internship programme, you will gain a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects. Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.

Role Expectations

As the Academy Coach Intern, you will be expected to:

• Assist Lead Phase Coaches in the delivery of Academy training sessions and matchdays.

• Support the Head of Academy Coach Development and Head of Player and Coach Development (U9 – U15) in the organisation and delivery of a vibrant, creative and progressive programme.
