Work with Norwich City Football Development in Peterborough and help talented young players reach the next level.

Our centres provide professional-level coaching to grassroots players, with a clear pathway into advanced football.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging sessions in line with the Norwich City development framework
• Support player development through constructive feedback and tailored challenges
• Work with centre coordinators to organise fixtures and development opportunities
• Identify and recommend promising players for pathway progression

What We’re Looking For:

• FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)
• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
• A coach who loves the game, has high standards, and connects well with young players
