Pay – £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours – Training is Monday 6-8:30pm with additional fixtures throughout the season. (S&C sessions run 7-8pm)
Location – One Leisure Sawtry, PE28 5UY
We are currently seeking a new Women’s Academy Head of Physical Performance to work within our Women’s Academy. The purpose of the Women’s Academy is to ensure the women’s first team have a high number of home grown players.
This role oversees the physical development of all players across the academy including the Emerging Talent Centre.
About the role
● Coordinate, plan, deliver and review training sessions and match days to a high standard for all age groups in line with the club curriculum.
● Lead on the profiling of all players for maturation status and fundamental movement skills
● Mentor coaches for your designated discipline
● Ensure player monitoring documents are accurate and up to date and attend player monitoring meetings once a block
● Support the communication with parents through Teamworks for your discipline
● Provide weekly updates to Academy Manager
● Support high potential/performing players within the sessions and lead an effective stretch and challenge programme for these players
● Be aware of the PUFC policies, procedures & best practise so that concerns of non-compliance can be raised at all times e.g. Safeguarding, Inclusion, Diversity, Data Protection, Health and Safety
● Support the development of a positive culture within the academy
● Maintain a safe environment for everyone at all times

Essential experience, qualifications and skills
● UKSCA Trainers Award or Accreditation or working towards this
● Degree in sport science or related topic
● FA DBS check
● FA Safeguarding Children Workshop
● FA Emergency First Aid
● Good communicator
● Conflict resolution skills
● Proactive
● Professional
Desirable experience, qualifications and skills
● Experience of working in girls football
● Experience of working in an elite football environment
● FA Talent ID Level 1
● Coach development/mentoring experience
