About the Role

The College is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our high-performing sports program on a casual basis and make a real difference to the athletic development of our students.

This is a casual position for between 4 – 8 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver age-appropriate and evidence-based strength and conditioning sessions to groups and individuals across a range of sports.
  • Support in-season, pre-season and off-season program delivery.
  • Assist with athlete screening, movement assessments and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with sport coaches and PDHPE staff to align training with seasonal competition demands.
  • Conduct adult strength and conditioning classes.

Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will have:

  • Cert III/IV in Fitness or ASCA Level 1 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of youth-appropriate S&C methods.
  • Strong communication skills with adolescents and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for early mornings on weekdays.
