About The Role
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee philosophy from U13-U16s
- To coach and manage age group by planning and preparing all sessions
- Deliver coaching sessions according to the YDP Syllabus
- Arrange daily/weekly session plans for coaches within phase
- Progress and develop ILPs l Ensure delivery of a diverse games programme
- Attend all relevant academy meetings including CPD throughout the season
- Feedback through all platforms to be presented to players
- Organise all travel to and from games
- Load relevant data onto IP
- 4/5 player parent reviews
- 4/5 player reviews through ILP
- Attend all EFL meetings where necessary
- Scouting as and when required for YDP phase
- Attend 1st Team, Reserve games and u18s when possible
- All IP data to be managed
- Commit to all Safeguarding and EDI requirements
- Ensure all PGAAC requirements are met
- Deal with all player / parenting issues on first basis
- Arrange CPD within the YDP
- Liaise with all department heads (SMT)
- Drive mini bus as and when required
- Manage and arrange Tours for the YDP
Salary – Competitive salary based on relevant experience.
Please note that this is a vital position within the Academy department at Mansfield Town Football Club and will require a high degree of commitment to the role, including evening and weekend work.

Desirable Personal Attributes
- Have a full clean driving licence
- Previous experience of working within the football or related industry
- Coaching Education experience
- Youth Coaching experience
- D1 Driving Qualification
Qualifications – Essential
- UEFA A Licence
- FA Advanced Youth Award
- Enhanced DBS Check
- EFAiF
