Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Athletic Performance & Sports Science, in this role you will:
- Provide a high level of expertise regarding the physical preparation for Cricket NSW players supporting the CNSW Pathway programs and the Sydney Sixers Women’s BBL team
- Assist in the development and implementation of key technology and innovation projects to help reduce injury rates and improve performance
- Implement worlds best evidence based, physical performance training, programming, testing and recovery practices
- Oversee the NSW Breakers rehab program
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors Degree in Sport / Exercise Science
- Level 2 ASCA or equivalent certification
- Previous experience working with elite sporting teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills
