Perfect Performance Nova is the leading youth sports training and development company in the DMV. We prepare athletes for their next level of competition in the sports of football, baseball, girls lacrosse, boys lacrosse, softball, field hockey and soccer. We fulfill our purpose by supporting our athletes with sleep, nutrition, sports psychology, strength, conditioning and sport/position specific skills training.
