About me

Sports Nutritionist (MSc) specialised in performance, recovery optimisation, and high-intensity sports. I have experience working with elite and youth athletes in multidisciplinary environments, providing tailored nutrition strategies that enhance physical performance, emotional regulation, and long-term athletic development.

I completed a performance-focused internship at Apex2100 International Ski Academy, where I delivered nutrition workshops, hydration protocols, race-day fuelling strategies and created educational tools for athletes. I also established a partnership with Nutrixeal, a French supplement brand, reinforcing my expertise in applied sports supplementation and field-based implementation.

My philosophy is simple: nutrition is not a restriction — it is a tool for empowerment. I help athletes understand food as a source of performance, confidence, and resilience.
