The Grimsby Town Foundation are seeking a new Foundation Director to provide strategic, values-led leadership – driving sustainable growth, deepening community impact and positioning the Foundation as a leading, trusted organisation within the sport-for-development sector.

In this role, the successful candidate will;

• Lead the Foundation’s strategic direction and long-term growth
• Secure and diversify income to ensure sustainability and scale
• Maintain strong integration between the Foundation and the Football Club
• Build high-impact programmes rooted in community need
• Act as a visible ambassador, elevating the Foundation’s profile and partnerships
