The Club is seeking a Head of Video to oversee the end-to-end creation and delivery of multi-format video content. The successful candidate will lead a team of internal producers and external contributors across short-form, mid-form and live production.

Reporting to the Media Director, the role will be instrumental in developing engaging and innovative content for our fans and partners.

The ideal candidate can balance creativity with strong leadership and structured workflows that enable high-quality output at scale.

The role may require out-of-hours work to support football and Club events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continue to deliver excellence in football content and build our capabilities in culturally-led, fan-driven, and lifestyle productions.
  • Provide strong creative leadership, guiding producers, editors and shooters to deliver high-quality work.
  • Implement effective creative workflows and production processes to ensure clarity, speed and consistency.
  • Innovate and maximise the Club’s production facilities and resources at The Clubhouse and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
  • Collaborate across the wider Marketing department and partner with Commercial teams to produce impactful and best-in-class branded content formats.
  • Work with media sales to create and produce saleable assets.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technologies, with a focus on AI and production efficiency.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience ideating concepts themselves and leading teams to deliver them.
  • Passionate about storytelling with strong visual awareness and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, structure and develop creative talent.
  • Strong cultural sensibility across sport, lifestyle, fashion, music and community.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated success producing culturally driven, premium storytelling formats.
  • Experience overseeing larger-budget creative productions, from concept to delivery.
  • Experience inside a football club and within a creative agency or sport–fashion/retail brand is highly valued, bringing a blend of day‑to‑day football understanding and broader cultural storytelling expertise.
  • Solid understanding of football content production, even if not the primary focus of the role.
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Producer in Media, Sport or Entertainment.
  • Experienced leading and developing a creative/production team.
  • Experience managing producers, balancing multiple formats and budgets across projects.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, production processes and social-first content.
