FC Midtjylland, in collaboration with ISI Højskole, offers a unique study programme aimed at aspiring
performance coach / sport scientist who want to turn theory into practice and build a career in the football
industry.

We are looking for open-minded, punctual, independent, creative, and dedicated individuals who are eager to
learn and contribute to a high-performance football environment. The study programme combines practical,
hands-on experience at FC Midtjylland’s with formal education and personal development at ISI Højskole.

WHO CAN APPLY?
We welcome applications from individuals currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant sports or
science-based educational programme.

STUDY PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
As a performance coach / sport scientist student in this programme, you’ll work closely with the performance
and sport science departments at FC Midtjylland and FC Ebedei (Nigeria). You’ll contribute to physical
development, testing, and data collection across at team of top talents You’ll also take part in key projects that
support the club’s physical and performance development.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the physical development of players both on and off the pitch at a team and individual level,
with a particular focus on strength training, including individual programme design and supervision in the
gym, as well as contributing to pitch-based sessions.
• Support the testing, data collection, and monitoring of players.
• Support the return-to-play process after injuries.
• Support the development of a high-performance environment for FC Ebedei, e.g. facilities and
organization.
• Support a general high-performance culture, e.g. optimising nutrition and sleep.
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing with other specialists and football trainers.
• Travel to relevant training camps and on-site visits.

EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT AT ISI HØJSKOLE
Alongside your practical work at FCM, you will attend courses at ISI Højskole. Here, you will:
• Complete the UEFA C Coaching License
• Learn about FCM’s Style of Play
• Explore specialist football disciplines
• Gain insights into Danish football culture
• Live and learn in a professional and supportive environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• Personality: We value curiosity, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset
• Location: Accommodation is provided at IBF Arena, right next to the FCM training ground (single rooms)
• Financials: The study programme is unpaid, but all board and lodging are covered
• Start Date: June 20, 2026
