Basketball Tasmania provides leadership and partnerships through quality programs that facilitate participation, competitions and contribute to the success of basketball in Australia within a well managed, innovative, and united sport.

The Performance & Pathways Coach – North will report directly to the Basketball Development Manager and is responsible for:

• Manage the National Performance Program, Advanced Development Program, State Development Program, Future Development Program and Emerging Program in the Northern region under the guidance of the BTAS Basketball Development Manager.
• Work closely with the basketball associations in Launceston, Deloraine, Scottsdale, and St Helens to ensure they are fulfilling their potential and improving the sport.
• Lead the coordination of the Holiday Camp Programs Statewide.
• Assist in the coordination, education, and promotion of other participation programs (Aussie Hoops, School Programs).
• Assist in education within our sport to various areas including coaches, referees, scoretable, statistics and associations.
• Engage and unite all areas of the basketball community.
• Other administration and development projects as required by management.

Salary and package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
