Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

$90,000-$120,000 OTE. Lead and grow Personal Training departments across 10 to 15 Melbourne locations during a major expansion phase.

Be Inspired PT partners with leading gym chains to exclusively manage their Personal Training departments Australia-wide. We are expanding rapidly across Melbourne over the next 12 to 24 months, and this role sits at the centre of that growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused primarily on recruitment and trainer development, with around 80% of your week dedicated to building and developing PT teams. The remainder includes planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard and develop Personal Trainers across 10 to 15 sites
• Drive regional revenue, KPIs and performance outcomes
• Partner with club owners and managers to optimise PT penetration and retention
• Ensure full compliance across trainer qualifications, insurance and documentation
• Contribute to systems improvement and support Melbourne expansion strategy

About you

Experience
• Minimum 3 years in fitness industry management including PT management, gym operations or fitness sales
• Proven recruitment and talent acquisition success, ideally within the fitness sector
• Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering against KPIs

Qualifications
• Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Police Check and Working with Children Check

• Strong relationship building and motivational capability
• Excellent communication, coaching and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong administrative and reporting capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Year 1, $90,000 to $110,000 including base and performance bonuses
