The Richmond Kickers Pro Soccer Club is actively seeking a motivated Soccer Operations Intern to help contribute to the club for the Summer of the 2026 season. This opportunity is a temporary paid position that will report to the Manager of Soccer Operations.

Primary Duties

• Assist the technical staff with all training sessions and match day duties for the first team.
• Organize all equipment needs for the players and technical staff.
• Aid in all match day set-up, break-down, run-of-show, and clean-up for home matches.
• Assist the Manager of Soccer Operations on administrative duties. This will include travel logistics for away matches, club events, and player appearances.
• Represent the club at select community and player appearances.
• Assist with stadium and field operations tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s preferred, but not required; or a degree-seeking student.
• High proficiency in multi-tasking and working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding work ethic, self-starter, and capable of working independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attendance at all Kickers home matches is required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of sports/soccer is preferred, but not required.
