Sports Development Officer – Golf

Golftec Melbourne is seeking a Sports Development Officer to assist in delivering high-performance golf development programs within our technology-driven indoor golf facility.

This role focuses on player development, participation growth, and advanced swing analysis using AI biomechanics systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver individual and group golf development programs

* Analyse golf swings using AI biomechanics and motion analysis technology

* Support beginner, junior, and advanced golfer development pathways

* Deliver MyGolf programs for juniors and golfers with all abilities

* Assist in the development of golf improvement programs using technology and data

* Support facility programs including leagues, clinics, and events

Essential Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

* Demonstrated experience specialising in AI-based golf biomechanics and motion analysis

* Accredited MyGolf Deliverer with experience delivering programs for juniors and golfers of all abilities

* Formal engineering/maths/data science (or related discipline) background with an understanding of biomechanics or motion capture systems

* Strong knowledge of modern golf technology including launch monitors and video analysis

* Experience delivering structured golf development programs

* Excellent communication and player development skills
