Role Purpose & Candidate

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking an exceptional Head of Athletic Development to develop and lead the physical development strategy within the Men’s team in addition to providing technical support and development across Academy and Women’s teams. In the Men’s team, they will be responsible for the design and delivery of physical training and testing protocols, working in close partnership with the Coaching and Performance staff. In the Academy and Women’s programmes, they will provide strategic and technical support, ensuring a coherent, progressive, and philosophically aligned physical development pathway.

We are looking for a practitioner who combines deep technical expertise in athletic development with the leadership capability to drive standards across a complex performance organisation. The successful candidate will be both a high-calibre practitioner and a credible, influential leader with significant experience in delivering impact in high performance environments.
